The 16th Construction Festival was held at Harbin Institute of Technology from June 20 to June 21, 2026. The event attracted 230 high school students from seven high schools across Heilongjiang Province, as well as students from multiple colleges and departments within the university. It successfully promoted in-depth exchanges between Harbin Institute of Technology and key high schools in the province, enabling a greater number of secondary school teachers and students to directly experience the university’s campus vitality and humanistic quality. More importantly, during the hands-on construction process, the students integrated their aspirations for space, curiosity about the unknown, and vision for the future into timber architectural forms. Looking ahead, the School of Architecture and Design will fully leverage its disciplinary strengths and continue to organize more distinctive activities, contributing to the cultivation of an artistic campus atmosphere and an innovative cultural environment.
