In recent days, drawing on the China–SCO Doctoral Training Innovation Center platform, Zhou Zhibo, a lecturer, and Li Jiqin, an associate professor, led a group of 10 doctoral students from the School of Architecture and Design on a five-day academic exchange and field study trip to Moscow. During the visit, the delegation conducted a systematic survey of leading ideas, frontier technologies, and notable practical achievements at Russian universities and research institutes in areas including building physics and architectural design. The program broadened the doctoral students’ global academic outlook while strengthening their research creativity and ability to engage in scholarly exchange across cultures. It also helped reinforce the university’s cooperative ties with prominent Russian institutions, among them the Russian Academy of Architecture and Building Sciences and Moscow State University of Civil Engineering.
